Bonjour and welcome to My French Cuisine!

I’m Chef Fleur Anderson, and I’m excited to share my lifelong love for French cuisine with you. Born in Ivory coast and raised in the beautiful countryside of Normandy, France, I fell in love with cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen, where the rich aromas of traditional French dishes filled the air. This early passion led me to pursue a culinary degree and spend over 12 years mastering my craft in restaurants across Normandy.

In 2020, my husband and I launched My French Cuisine, a catering concept with a simple mission: to deliver authentic French cuisine directly to your table. Whether you’re a business looking to cater a special event or an individual craving the best of French cooking at home, we’re here to serve you.

I’ve been fortunate to cater for some truly amazing clients, including the French Consulate, Facebook, Google, the Mayor of San Francisco, Stanford University, Salesforce, and even the French communities in the Bay Area, such as La Gauloise and Alliance Française. I am also honored to serve as one of the private chefs for the prestigious Masonic Center in San Francisco.

A true highlight of our business is Bocobites, a line of gourmet French meals served in ready-to-eat, reusable jars. After two years of research and development, we found the perfect balance between delicious, high-quality meals and a commitment to sustainability. Our zero-waste approach allows you to enjoy gourmet dining while reducing environmental impact, whether you’re dining in or enjoying takeout.

At My French Cuisine, we believe that food should not only delight your palate but also be kind to the planet. Our reusable jars and thoughtfully crafted recipes reflect this dedication in every dish we create.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy exploring local farmers’ markets, writing about food, hosting intimate French dinner parties, and indulging in a game of Petanque. It’s my pleasure to bring the flavors and traditions of France to your home or event.
