I am Fleur Anderson, chef at My French Cuisine. I came from France last January 2020 where I grew up and developed my career.I started my career as a real estate agent in Paris for 10 years before devolving my passion for cooking. So after a 2 years in culinary shcool, I opened my first restaurant in 2014 in Normandy (France) based on the world cuisine. My creative style is focused on authentic home style French cuisine.
